  • Be available to discuss any concerns or questions you may have throughout this process
  • Placing the property on FMLS and MLS (local computerized services used by all agents regardless of affiliated company), in addition to many national web sites
  • Signage in yard unless not desired
  • Determine factors that affect the marketability and value of your property, some within your control, some not.
  • 'Housekeeping' and other tips for 'readying' the exterior and interior of your home.
  • Negotiating offers and assuring the structure and wording of purchase agreement will help avoid misunderstandings or problems throughout the process, thereby insuring a smoother transaction.
  • Guiding you through the 'bottom line' - once you receive an offer, together we'll determine your net proceeds after deductions relating to the sale. Not all offers of course are workable.
  • Overseeing inspection process
  • Pre-Qualification and Pre-Approval of purchasers which will limit 'nasty' surprises later.
