Buying a home can be both exciting and challenging. Following are some of the ways I can assist you with this
process:
Familiarize you with the various area or areas you've chosen, if you're not currently residing in Atlanta.
Listen carefully to your needs, your 'wish list' AND your price range, things you do and don't want in a home, and show you properties only within
these criteria. It's often a good idea to make a list prior to beginning the search of features that you consider essential, and/or undesirable and of course
nice extras!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Provide information re schools
Point out any negatives or defects regarding selected properties
Provide CMA at time of home selection (Current Market Analysis including solds)
Negotiate contracts with your best interest first and foremost-Negotiation skills can either give you incredible power or immense weakness.
If needed, provide list of lenders, attorneys, and inspectors for your consideration
Follow through on all time constraints and necessary actions regarding your contract
Follow through with your lender
Remind you to transfer or secure utilities
Walk through prior to closing
Attend Closing with you - Congratulations you have a new home!!!!!!!
